FIELD: cryogenic engineering. SUBSTANCE: check valve is made with point contact with the end of central rod. Arranged between check and out-off valves are chambers of similar pressure which are divided by unloaded bellows: cut-off valve and pipe union for discharging the medium are located after the outlet pipe union. Cut-off valve is mounted in a spaced relation to other free end of the central rod whose magnitude does not exceed the amount of the check valve stroke. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency. 3 dwg
