FIELD: cryogenic engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has tip 2 of a charger and connecting pipe 1 of a charging system. Connecting rod 1 has axially alined inner passageway 3 for liquid phase and outer passageway 4 for vapor of drained phase. Inner passageways 3 and 13 and outer passageways 4 and 14 of connecting rod 1 and tip 2 have shutoff passageways 5,7 and 15, 17 interconnected through spring-loaded ties 8 and 18. Head portion 20 of inner passageway 13 of tip 2 is connected to the fixed portion of outer passageway 14 of tip through bellows 21 and spring-loaded with respect to the housing. Inner passageways 3 and 13 of connecting rod 1 and tip 2 are bent. Inside the space downstream of the bend are shutoff valves 7 and 17. Ties 8 and 18 in the zone where they pass from the outer passageway to the inner one are provided with seals. For supplying neutral gas to the zone of outer passageway 14 between shutoff valves 15 and 17 tip 2 is provided with branch pipes 27. EFFECT: enhanced reliability. 4 cl, 5 dwg
