SUBSTANCE: goniometer includes transmitter 1, transmitting aerial 2, upper aerial 3, lower aerial 4, receiver 5 of upper aerial, receiver 6 of lower aerial, phase-meter 7, computer 8 of angle of elevation. Goniometer makes it possible to determine angle of elevation θ by shift of phases of voltages of echo signals and relation of amplitudes of voltage across output of receivers.
