FIELD: electrical engineering. SUBSTANCE: voltage regulator has regulating transistors of different types of conductance connected with emitters to common wire. These transistors are parts of two unipolar regulators. Each of them incorporates initiating circuit, error signal amplifier, output voltage divider, reference voltage source and supplementary diode. Initiating circuit is built on initiating diode. Power is not consumed after initiation of device from primary sources. Device works reliably even when one of initiating diodes is broken. Device can be manufactured in integrated make. EFFECT: enhanced reliability, reduced power consumption. 1 dwg
