FIELD: radio engineering. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to radio engineering systems of SHF range. Internal conductor of coaxial line is manufactured in the form of two flat strips connected by edges in longitudinal direction with capability of formation of tube by excessive pressure in its inner space. Insulator is fabricated in the form of two parts of washer. Each part of it has central groove which profile corresponds to that of internal conductor and is connected to the other part by means of flexible coupling in the form of strips produced from dielectric material with lateral curvature.
