FIELD: pulsed charging of storage batteries. SUBSTANCE: system has d. c. source, clock generator, distributor, commutation unit, standard voltage source, control units and pairs of transistor switches according to the number of storage cells. System provides cyclical charging of storage cells and simultaneous testing of their state of charge. As far as storage cells charges, the acceleration of process of charging of the rest storage cells is observed. EFFECT: improved efficiency of operation. 2 dwg
