FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has a hydraulic filter, a pneumatic-electronic servo system which, in turn, has an ear pulse transducer fastened by pelota 4 or a cuff for artery occlusion connected through an air duct to controllable pressure increase or decrease units. Moreover, the device has amplifier 10 which input is connected to the pulse transducer, electronic filter 13 and threshold unit 12 and also recording and display units connected in series. The pressure increase control unit is made in the form of compressed air pulse generator 13, these pulses are synchronous with each pulse beat, for example, in the form of membrane pulse microprocessor 16, an electromagnetic drive. The pressure decrease unit is made in the form of a throttle, a gate or a reduction gear loaded by a pneumatic resistance. EFFECT: improved accuracy and reliability. 1 dwg
