FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method for resuscitation involves chest decompression, artificial pulmonary ventilation, drug administration and oxygen saturation monitoring. The oxygen saturation monitoring is combined with the start of resuscitation procedures. An oxygen saturation monitor is placed onto an intact wing of nose of a resuscitated patient. If the chest compression saturation achieves 90% or more, the compression lasts for another 3 or 4 seconds, and then followed by artificial pulmonary ventilation.
EFFECT: higher effectiveness of resuscitation measures by avoiding developing permanent hypoxic brain tissue damages.
