SUBSTANCE: device has base 1 made in the form of a circular ring permanent magnet with axial magnetization, massage member 2 made in the form of a ball from a ferromagnetic material which is mounted with a free magnetic suspension inside hole 3 of the ring. The device has flexible base coating 3 which accumulates static electricity. The body is massaged by the extending spherical surface of ball 2 with simultaneous action of the magnetic field of the base and electrostatic charges occurring on it.
