FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has roller 1 mounted by means of axle 2 on arch 3 of handle 4, massage member manufactured from ferromagnetic material, made in the form of pins 5 with unipolar end pieces fixed with their bases on spiral plates 7 located on the surface of roller 1 running in opposite direction along the helicoidal lines symmetric relative to the axle. The plates are connected with end face covers 8 made of ferromagnetic material at one end and making contact with opposite poles of the magnetic field source being a set of ring-shaped permanent magnets 9 axially magnetized and facing each other with the unlike poles. Pins 5 with end pieces 6 partially deepen into the body skin and perform intensive mechanical massage action accompanied with tissue enrichment in magnetic field energy.
