FIELD: chemical and petrochemical industry. SUBSTANCE: electromagnetic filter for effecting purifying viscous liquids has a body formed as an outer electrode in combination with a filtering member mounted in the latter. Positioned in the body is also an electromagnetic system being a solenoid provided with an external magnetic circuit having the form of a cylindrical shell. An inner electrode is arranged in a coaxial relation to the body containing additionally an inlet and an outlet pipe. The filter member is accommodated as an assembly with the inner electrode in a spaced relation to the latter and the body. EFFECT: facilitated purifying. 1 dwg
