FIELD: manufacturing soundproofing and heat-insulating articles. SUBSTANCE: composition contains, mass %: cement-pozzuolana binder 17.24-17.91, perlite sand treated by sodium methylsiliconate 15.25-16.47, glass fiber 1.15-1.19, water the rest. Articles prepared of proposed composition have density 254-267,5 kg/m3, bending strength 0.25-0.26 MPa; heat conductivity at operating conditions is 0.069-0.072 W/mK.
