FIELD: construction materials.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of the construction materials industry, in particular to dry construction mixes for the preparation of building plaster solutions used for fire protection of building structures both inside and outside premises. The fire-retardant dry construction mix includes gypsum cement binder containing semi-aqueous construction gypsum, Portland cement with a mineral additive, a mixture of light fillers: expanded perlite and vermiculite, and mineral fiber. As a mineral additive, gypsum cement binder contains dolomite, a mixture of light expanded fillers contains perlite 50 wt. % and vermiculite 50 wt. % and basalt fiber with a length of up to 6 mm is used as a mineral fiber and additionally the dry mix contains an active mineral additive: condensed silica of the MKU-85 brand; surface-active additive Esapon 1214 and setting retarder: citric acid, with a ratio of components, wt. %: the specified binder 60-80, a mixture of expanded light fillers 15-30, mineral fiber: basalt fiber up to 6 mm in size 1.5-1.7, MCU-85 2.0-4.0 , Esapon 1214 0.03-0.05, citric acid 1.3-4.5.

EFFECT: increase in water resistance, fire-retardant efficiency, crack resistance, improvement of rheological properties of the mortar mix, as well as expansion of the line of dry building mixes based on gypsum cement-pozzolan binder.
