FIELD: sea mining. SUBSTANCE: unit comprises casing, load grab and flexible hanger connected to service vessel and secured on casing with a provision for interacting with load grab. Casing has axial channel and a chamber open at the bottom. Unit is provided with sleeve accommodated in axial channel of casing and provided with non-self-locking internal thread. Upper end of casing carries a ratchet wheel while upper part of sleeve has a cover with lugs and spring-loaded pawls for interaction with ratchet wheel. Connected to flexible hanger is thimble with flexible links whose ends carry hooks for interaction with cover springs. Carrier screw can move axially relative to thimble and interact with sleeve threads while load grab has the form of helical spring accommodated in casing chamber and secured at the ends to the sleeve and casing.
