FIELD: mining of ferromanganesian concretions. SUBSTANCE: sea mining complex includes craft and submersible apparatus interconnected by pipeline. Submersible apparatus is provided with running gear and actuating member and distinguished by the fact that actuating member is made in the form of sleeve-like body with hollow walls and bottom plate. Body internal wall has tangentially located jet-forming nozzles hydraulically connected with internal cavity of sleeve-like body. Said cavity is pneumatically connected with a generator of working agent. Actuating member is installed with its bottom plate upward with a possibility of reciprocation over lower part of air-lift tube for lifting of concretions, which protrudes from body of submersible apparatus. Bottom plate has a through channel isolated from bottom plate cavity and radial troughs made on upper surface of bottom plate. Cavity of submersible apparatus accommodates a ballast vessel, generator of working agent and ball mills whose inlet is connected with air lift for lifting of concretions, and outlet is connected with receiving chamber communicating with receiving hole of air lift for supply of ground material. In this case, separator of working agent of air lift for lifting of concretions is pneumatically connected through has holder with air lift disperser for lifting of ground material. In addition, submersible apparatus surface facing the actuating member has permanent magnets, and ballast vessel of apparatus has sustainer nozzles. EFFECT: higher efficiency of mining due to reduced expenditures for lifting of useful components and extended maneuverability of submersible apparatus. 4 cl, 6 dwg
