SUBSTANCE: device is provided with additional piston 14 and bellows 13 mounted in degassing reservoir 2, additional plunger 24 which is engageable with piston 14, control device 49 of distributor 25, passage 16 made in lower wall of degassing reservoir 2, additional valve 19, check valve 35 whose outlet is brought in communication via additional distributor 36 with hydraulic system 38 or with reservoir 37, additional valve 17 with pusher 18 located in piston 14, passage which brings accumulator 1 in communication with hydraulic system 38 through distributor 39, line which brings throttle 41 in communication with reservoir 31, pressure relay 48 which is connected to line which brings outlet of valve 35 in communication with hydraulic system 38.
