FIELD: operation of hydraulic systems. SUBSTANCE: when liquid is supplied to the device inlet, part of the liquid is sucked off from preliminarily filled degassing vessel 1 by ejector 6 into hydraulic tank 10. At the same time liquid from main-line 9 starts flowing to degassing vessel 1 through a pack of orifice plates 8 and adjustable throttling valve 7. Degassing vessel 1 gets vacuumized, the vacuum value is adjusted by throttling valve 7, and stepped throttling of liquid in the pack of orifice plates 8 provides for its cavity-free flow at any pressure in main-line 9. Air liberated in degassing vessel 1 is accumulated in bellows 3 displacing liquid from it. Bellows 3 is periodically compressed by piston 4 if no liquid is available in bellows 3, piston 4 moves up to stop 19, and pusher 18 opens valve 17 releasing air to the upper part of hydraulic tank 10. Air supplied from bellows 3 to hydraulic tank 10 is kept in it due to the excess pressure valve of breather 21, producing a certain excess pressure above the liquid in hydraulic tank 10, preventing the supply of air to hydraulic tank 10 from the atmosphere.
