Drive rod 7 is fastened to diaphragm 3. Axial bore 9 is made in working valve 6, the end of rod 7 which has spring 10 is positioned in bore 9. Cowl 8 is fastened in chamber 4. Rod 7 is built up from rod members 15, 16 connected for movement relative to each other. The partition 3 has corrugations 11. Members 15, 16 are connected by flexible or telescopic link 17.
