FIELD: engines and pumps.
SUBSTANCE: method includes pumping the working body in to the heat outer feed zone, heating it in the heat exchanger to at least 336 Kelvin degree, applying the wave and cavitation effects to make it boil. Invention proposes also a hydrodynamic generator comprising the housing, a stator, opposed rotation rotors arranged therein, a working body inlet and outlet branch pipes. The rotors are place on the fixed vertical shaft. The first rotor is furnished with working chambers communicating, via swirlers, with the inlet branch pipe. The second rotor represents a hydraulic jet turbine with the nozzles arranged to communicate intermittently with the working chamber interconnected outlets.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of steam boilers, lower toxicity of heavy oil fractions combustion in heat intensive production processes in oil chemistry.
