FIELD: photometry. SUBSTANCE: method is intended for conversion of optical radiation into frequency of repetition of electric pulses. Duration of pulses used to judge about value of luminous fluxes is measured. Device for implementation of method has pair photodiode- operational amplifier, first resistor and capacitor which first leads are tied together and are connected to anode of photodiode. Second lead of first resistor is coupled to output of operational amplifier. Device is supplemented with second and third resistors. First lead of second resistor is tied up with second lead of capacitor and is connected to output of operational amplifier. Second lead of second resistor is linked to common wire. Third resistor is manufactured variable. Its first lead is connected to common wire and its second lead is coupled to minus supply wire. Third adjustment lead is tied up with cathode of photodiode and is coupled to inverting input of operational amplifier which noninverting input is connected to anode of photodiode.
