FIELD: measurement technology. SUBSTANCE: device has photodiode 1, switches 2 and 6, measurement current generator unit 4, voltage follower 3 and unit 8 for controlling switches. Additional unit 5 for reading and storing and division unit 7 are introduced into design. One photodiode electrode is connected to common bus and the second one to voltage follower input and switch input which output is connected to measurement current generator. Voltage follower output is connected to inputs of the unit for reading and storing and the other switch which output is connected to the division unit. Output of the unit for reading and storing is connected to the second division unit input and the control input of the unit for reading and storing is connected to the unit for controlling switch operation having also switches connected to it.
