SUBSTANCE: change of activity is determined for molecular forms of malate dehydrogenaze in activated regenerator sludge; in first, second, and third aeration tank sections; and at the aeration tank outlet. The purification process end is determined by the moment as the malate dehydrogenaze-3 activity in any of aeration tank section reaches the level of the malate dehydrogenaze-3 activity in the regenerator sludge.
