FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: for assessment of levamisole sensitivity there are screened the patients whose levels of regenerated E-rosetting cells in peripheral blood are of 37.5 % or less, and/or levamisole medication leads to decreasing the above value less than 4 % and increasing the activity of autoresponsive and phytohemagglutinin- induced T-suppressor cells not less than 6 and 5.5 %, respectively. Thereafter, such patients are tested for activity of tuberculin/histamine-induced T-suppressor cells, and normal suppression index is estimated according to the formula given in the description of the invention.
