FIELD: medicine; immunology. SUBSTANCE: patients affected with secondary immunodeficiency (SID) as result of acute viral infection, as well as patients suffering from frequent and prolonged periods of disease are invited to undergo immunologic examination and examination for presence in their blood of virus replication markers. For this purpose, TRECREZAN preparation is administered to patients in dose 0.1-10 mg/kg/day thrice a day for 2-3 weeks starting from peak virus replication period. Proposed method can be complementary to other existing method for treating SID with medicamentous preparations, as well as for treating acute viral hepatitis B cases. EFFECT: proposed method produces well pronounced sanitary-and-genetic effect. 7 tbl
