SUBSTANCE: pulse generator is supplemented with ballast capacitor which makes it possible to produce higher amplitude pulses across output of generator as compared with reference voltage of circuit. New property of generator lies in capability for generation of pulses of current and voltage of high amplitude in addition to high frequency of pulse sequence.
