SUBSTANCE: device has unit 1 for separating total color signal, four delay unit 2,3,5 and 6, adder 4, two units 7 and 10 for measuring rest frequency of color subcarrier, two multipliers 8 and 9, color subcarrier rest frequency complex signal two generators 11 and 14, complex envelope signal two correctors 12 and 13, complex envelope two frequency detectors 15 and 18, low-frequency predistortion two correctors 16 and 19, electron switch 17 and unit 20 for measuring phase difference. Error is attenuated in the channel of brightness signal from color signal, and brightness signal error is attenuated in brightness channel.
