FIELD: agricultural engineering. SUBSTANCE: outfit has a tractor-mounted frame provided with a ram. Also, the outfit has a bucket-like grab, auger, window, and a conveyor. The frame has carrier wheels. It is also provided with a hexahedral pickup linked with the auger shaft. For feed mixing, the tractor is driven on a two-layer straw and corn windrow on corn stubble. The grab seizes the entire cross-section of the windrow. The carrier wheels support the frame so that the pickup is in a position to rotate for penetration under the layer of straw to take the windrow apart from land. The windrow is caught by working tools of the auger. The ingredients are mixed, and the mixture finds its way through the window onto the inclined conveyor, then another conveyor (off-bearing) carries it into a transport vehicle body.
