FIELD: agriculture. SUBSTANCE: milled hay-straw material is disinfected, wetted and put firstly the peripheral stack part, kept to natural shrinkage and then the central part is put by layer consisting of hay-straw material and grain or grain-straw fungus mycelium, for example, of genus Pleurotus astreatus; then temperature is maintained at not above 30 C (self-heating) up to complete overgrowing the central stack part with mycelium by flowing with atmospheric air wetted to 80-90%. Wetting and disinfection of hay-straw material for peripheral stack part is carried out simultaneously with food feeding to stack, and disinfection for central stack part - 3-4 days (not less) before stack forming. Grain-straw fungus mycelium is put at amount not less 1/10 part of hay-straw material weight. Bottom and upper layers of the central stack part were made of hay-straw material at thickness not less 0.15 m and 1.5 m, respectively. EFFECT: improved method of feed preparing. 5 cl, 2 dwg
