FIELD: conditioning and cleaning of polluted air. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has a rotor formed as a revolution body and disposed within the stationary housing. The housing has two parts defining an annular gap between them. The entire circumference of the annular gap is communicated with an annular chamber for collecting contaminations. The lower part of the rotor is provided with openings and is engaged by a shaft and through a seal with an actuator of rotation. In the annular space defined by the rotor and the housing a water inlet means is positioned. In the lower part of the housing an additional inlet means is positioned for supplying to air any of the liquid, for example a medicinal solution. The air flow is ionized by the use of high voltage electrodes mounted in the lower part of the housing. An aromatized liquid is atomized into the air flow through capillaries disposed in the lower part of the housing. Within the capillaries electrodes are inserted to which a high voltage is fed.
