SUBSTANCE: device has housing with intake and exhaust branch pipes, hollow rotor made in form of body of revolution driven by electric motor; device is additionally provided with bellows and with at least one magnetic circuit with polyphase windings; housing is made of dielectric, rotor is made of heat-conducting material and insert secured on inner surface of housing is three-dimensional in form; intake branch pipe is connected to exhaust manifold through bellows.
