FIELD: deep hole boring out. SUBSTANCE: the sleeve 3 with ribs 14 is being mounted in an annular cavity between surfaces of the tube 4 and the housing 1. Uniform gap is being provided between the ribs 14 and the ribs 15 of the tube, the gap is filled by a vibration damping liquid. Torsion oscillations, being occurred at cutting process, cause relative angular displacements of the sleeve 3 and the tube 4. That changes a gap between lateral surfaces of the ribs 14, 15, causing liquid flowing, providing damping of the above mentioned torsional oscillations.
