SUBSTANCE: folding apparatus has a cylinder for knife folding and collection; sawing machine installed after the cylinder in the direction of the cloth motion; transfer-and- valve cylinder; and a device for separate lay out. The cylinder is provided with folding knives and clamps. The sawing machine has two sawing cylinders, with one cylinder having at least three sawing devices mounted on it at a same angle in relation to each other and another cylinder having at least a sawing device.
