FIELD: space technology. SUBSTANCE: space vehicle has fuselage 1, wing 2, a power plant which, in turn, has two start liquid-propellant engines 3, two boost liquid-propellant engines 4, lateral thrust liquid-propellant engine 5 mounted in fuselage 1 on swingable ring 6, emergency deceleration solid-propellant engines 7 and additional acceleration engines 8. Moreover, the space vehicle has useful load compartment 9, crew cabin 10, tail control surfaces with two vertical moved apart fin posts 11, lower stabilizer 12, upper stabilizer 13. Fuselage 1 has movable central conical body 14. The space vehicle undercarriage has rotary tail wheel 21. The space vehicle has an orbital maneuvering system, which actuators are made in the form of low-thrust engines 22 and 23 and gyrodynes. Crew cabin 10 is positioned between fin posts 11 under upper stabilizer 13. The emergency crew safety system has escape compartment 24 made in the form of a returnable ballistic capsule fastened to the end of the tail part of fuselage 1. Capsule 24 communicates with crew cabin 10 through a tunnel which has means for crew movement from cabin 10 to capsule 24. Capsule 24 has nose and tail hatches, an aerodynamic deceleration device, a parachute system. The nose part of capsule 24 has a heat-shielding coating.
