FIELD: tyre and rubber industry. SUBSTANCE: device has supports, drum formed by plates with pins movable relative to axis and followers in form of truncated cones facing with their smaller bases to each other. Drum has base rigidly coupled through fitted-on rods with driving disk. Plates are secured on base by axles arranged in plane square to shaft and are installed for engagement with followers. Pins are fitted in guide slots made in rods. Followers are coupled with rotation and axial travel motion drives through shaft installed in supports for axial travel and in base for combined rotation and axial travel motion.
