SUBSTANCE: the device is furnished with a post with radial slots, installed for axial movement on a cantilever guide and furnished with a lock. The console guide is connected to the base, in which symmetrically mounted are intermediate shafts with their drives of rotation, kinematically linked with the drive shafts which are mounted in the radial slots and furnished with locks.
