FIELD: electronics. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has a lifting cylinder with slant grooves , that is located on outside surface of a pillar, on which a lifting ring is also located. The ring is linked up to the lifting cylinder so as to be capable to turn and is rigidly connected by a helical clamp to a nut of a mechanism of the lifting cylinder vertical movement. Besides, the apparatus has the lifting cylinder fixing members to prevent it from an accident turn. The members are made as a spring-loaded fixing cone and matching pits.
