Sleeve 13 rigidly secured to cross-piece 14 may be conjugated to half-axle 12. Cross-piece 14 has vertical poles 15, spring-biased wedges 18 engageable with annular channel 19 of cover 9 fixed on vertical shaft 7, which is rotated by drive 8. Shaft 7 is secured with its upper end on rotary console 2, which is movable on column 1 by means of nut 3, feed screw 4 and drive 5.
