FIELD: wind power engineering. SUBSTANCE: for effective control over setting of angle of blades of windmill drive of spring-loaded plunger is used kinematically coupled to blade on one side and to carrier of effort on the other side controlling angular position of blades with respect to their longitudinal axes. Plunger is placed into inner space of hollow drive (main) shaft of windmill and is provided with racks which number corresponds to that of blades. Each rack engages gear put on axle uniaxially to longitudinal axis of proper blade being in rigid kinematic coupling with it, i.e. rotation of blade can be transferred via carrier joint or with gear put directly on axle of blade. For provision of greatest compactness of device number of blades can be limited by two. In this case gears can be put on common axle and rigid angular kinematic coupling with blades is accomplished via carrier joint.
