FIELD: wind power engineering. SUBSTANCE: wind-driven electric set is equipped with hand-operated pump placed in parallel into delivery pipe of electric pump. Spring hydraulic accumulator provided with filling pickup and interacting with motor of pump set is used in the capacity of source of working head of hydraulic actuator of blade turning. Proposed design ensures optimum operation under variable conditions and emergency protection. Hydraulic accumulator communicates with delivery line through check valve controlled with electromagnet or manually and through throttling valve of low capacity positioned in parallel to check valve. Delivery line communicates with discharge through check valve controlled by centrifugal regulator and in addition through another check valve controlled by electromagnet or manually built into delivery line between throttling valve of low capacity and hydraulic cylinder of drive that changes angle of setting of blades. Electromagnets of check valves are additionally coupled to emergency pickup mounted on set. Control signals to them are fed from electric circuit of formation of control signal. EFFECT: enhanced operational efficiency, prolonged service life, expanded operational capabilities. 2 dwg
