SUBSTANCE: device has bushing with seat in its upper part for waste element, return valves one of which is installed in upper part of casing while the other one, in lower step of differential bushing, circular piston and shearing element. Packer is positioned inside of device casing which has additional axial and radial channels. Sleeve is provided radial channels while upper step of differential bushing has axial channels.
