SUBSTANCE: method includes lowering of formation tester together with packers, creation of depression in formation and induction of inflow of formation fluid, periodical multiple opening and closing of inflow and registration of inflow curves and restoration of pressure with registration of pressure restoration curve for a time, at least, as long as time of registration of inflow curve, multiple lifting and lowering of downhole equipment assembly through length of drill pipe stand with registration of delay value by weight indicator carried out after inflow periods and pressure restoration for not more than 15 min with subsequent setting of packers at initial place in well and continuation of testing. Duration of inflow periods and pressure restoration are divided into two intervals from 3 to 30 min and from 15 to 60 min, respectively. EFFECT: higher efficiency.
