The device has a cylindrical afterburner located at an angle of 40-60° to the combustion chamber which has tangential overfire nozzles and a gas discharge opening at the outlet, the diameter of the opening is equal to 0.5-0.7 of the afterburner. The fire grate of the combustion chamber is inclined to horizon at an angle varying from 45 to 12°, and the ratio of the length of the fire grate and the down well to the length of the afterburner is 0.6-0.8.
