FIELD: blasting. SUBSTANCE: control is provided by a command received by radio receiver 1, the command has two coded information. The first received information starts univibrator 4 through frequency selector 2 and decoder 3. When univibrator 4 is in operation the second information is converted by decoder 5 into a rectangular signal which controls key 18 of converter 6. Reservoir capacitor 9 and capacitor 10 are simultaneously charged through diode 7 and 8 respectively. After completion of the working mode of univibrator 4 activated univibrator 11 switches thyristor 13. Capacitor 10 is discharged through the winding of relay 15 breaking the circuit of electrical detonator 17 and connecting it to the circuit of capacitor 9. After completion of the working mode of univibrator 11 activated univibrator 12 switches thyristor 14 through which capacitor 9 is discharged and brings into action electrodetonator 17.
