SUBSTANCE: device comprises a source of uninterruptible power supply, connected with the output to the input of a stabilised power supply unit, the positive and the common outputs of which are connected to the power supply circuit of logic elements, circuits and units, and connected through the first switch with the output to the input of the first high-voltage source, the negative terminal of which is connected to a common bus connected to the input of the current limiting element, the first and second switches, the control inputs of which are connected to the outputs of the first and second driver, respectively, the first, second, third, fourth, fifth and sixth diodes. The input of the first switch is connected to the positive terminal of the first high-voltage source, and the output - with the anode of the first diode, the cathode of which is connected to the first terminal of the first storage capacitor, to the cathode of the second diode and the first terminal of the third switch, the second terminal of which is connected to the anode of the second and the cathode of the third diode, with the first terminal of the fourth switch, and through the successively connected primary winding of the current transformer and inductor winding to the second terminal of the first storage capacitor. The second terminal of the fourth switch is connected to the anode of the third diode. The secondary winding of the current transformer through the active rectifier is connected to the indicator of the discharge current, the programmable reference generator connected through the limiting amplifier with galvanic isolation to the control signal conditioner, the fourth and fifth terminals of which are connected to the first terminals of the first and the second synchronously connected switches, respectively, the second and third terminals of which are connected together and connected to the sixth terminal of the control signal conditioner, and their fourth terminals are connected, respectively, through the third and fourth drivers to the control inputs of the third and fourth switches, the DC voltage amplifier connected with the output to the first input of the comparator, a second input of which is connected to the output of the setpoint of the reference level, a univibrator, a control panel connected to the control input of the digital timer, which output is connected through the "NO" element to the input of the audio signal unit. Additionally, the device comprises a second high voltage source connected with the input to the input of the first high-voltage source, the positive terminal of the second high voltage source is connected to common bus and the negative terminal - to the input of the second switch, which output is connected to the cathode of the fourth diode, the anode of which is connected to the second terminals of the fourth switch and the second storage capacitor, the first terminal of which is connected to the second terminal of the first storage capacitor, the second and third toggles, the first terminals of which are connected respectively to the cathode of the fifth and anode of the sixth diode. The second terminals are connected respectively to first and second terminals of the first and second storage capacitors, the anode of the fifth and the cathode of a sixth diode are connected together and are connected to second and first terminals of the first and second storage capacitors, respectively, the charge current regulator connected with its input to the output of the current limiting element, and with the output to the second and first terminals of the third and fourth switches, respectively. Hall sensor is placed in the working region of the inductor, and is connected via the pulse amplifier to the input of the peak detector, the output of which is connected through the generator of absolute value to the input of the amplifier of DC voltage, the third and fourth switches synchro-tied to the first and second switches, the first and second "AND" elements, the first inputs of which are connected together and connected via the resistor to the output of the digital timer, the fourth toggle, the first terminal of which is connected to first inputs of the first and second "AND" elements. Its second terminal is connected to the common terminal, the first terminals of the third and fourth switches are connected respectively to the first and second terminals of the generator of control signals, the third terminal of which is connected to the second and third terminals, respectively, of the third and fourth switches, and is connected through the univibrator to the control input of the reset of the peak detector. The third and second terminals of the third and fourth switches, respectively, are connected to the common terminal, and their fourth terminals are connected to the second inputs of the first and second "AND" elements, respectively, the outputs of which are connected to the inputs of the first and second drivers, respectively.

EFFECT: device enables to carry out fixation of the active frequency of exposure affecting the functional activity, stimulation of metabolic processes and adaptation of plants to environmental factor.
