FIELD: water handling facilities. SUBSTANCE: device for regulating flow rate of pressure piping has switching unit, made in form of two-position hydraulic switches 8 and 9, disposed higher than calculated maximal level of liquid. Rod, made in form of adjusting strip 7, is mounted onto float transducer 5. Working tools of two-position hydraulic switches 8 and 9 are connected with the strip for remounting for height through hinge mechanisms 10 and 11. The working tools have discharge channels; the switches are connected to pressure piping 2. The switches are also connected with corresponding cavities of control chamber. Holes 2 are made in adjusting strip 7 through its height for mounting hinges 10 and 11 of levers, which are in turn connected with working tools of two-position hydraulic switches 8 and 9. Working tools of the switches are made in form of motionless cases, which have two holes. One hole is intended for discharge. The holes may be lapped over by flat of hollow plug for communication. The plug has through radial hole. Transducer 5, provided with switches 8 and 9, are isolated by partition, which has hole 45, disposed at the level, being lower, than minimal level of liquid.
