FIELD: transport, distribution.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to hydraulic engineering structures. Device contains reservoir (1) with outlet fitting (2) located at the bottom of reservoir and vertical inlet fitting (4), container (11) with float (13), rod and drainage hole. On the inlet fitting (4) valve (5) is installed. Into the container (11) siphon (18) is inserted the outlet branch of which is communicated under it by container-accumulator (35) connected by actuator with counterweight (37) and connected with swivel tap (30) with control pipeline (29) which is equipped with valve-regulator (33). Float actuator is provided with articulated parallelogram mechanism, and upper portion of rod (14) is connected with weight (23) with possibility to move for balancing and decreasing force of float actuator. The rod (10) is connected with locking element in the form of ball-shaped valve (5).
EFFECT: higher operation reliability and speed when container is actuated.
