Truth of result to be output for a user is improved due to exclusion of influence of false failure signal from one of backup units for forming output code. If control means of some backup unit generates failure signal, but the unit itself generates code, being in coincidence with code of one of two other channels, this signal may be considered to be formed incorrectly. Failure signal is ignored in that case, and register of the unit is not driven into zero(unit) condition, and code, generated by the unit, is taken into account when forming output code.
