Cutting tool drive has gear 9 for meshing with gear wheel 3. Said gear 9 is mounted on swing ring 6 by means of additional shaft. One cutter 4 is mounted on gear wheel 3 and is spring-loaded on it, while the other one, on gear 3. EFFECT: improved design. 4 dwg
