SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for cutting bushes and undergrowth under power lines, in reservoir beds, and during forest maintenance fellings. The working body of a machine for cutting bushes and undergrowth contains a housing and a cutting tool with a drive including a drive shaft and a power transmission. The body of the working body is made in the form of a platform mounted on the forks of a hydraulic loader. A bearing assembly is mounted on the platform, with a drive shaft placed in it, on one of the free ends of which a cutting tool in the form of a flywheel is fixed, with plates fixed on it by means of bolted connections in the form of truncated sectors, forming a saw mechanism. On the outside of the plates, triangular teeth are cut for cross-cutting, while the other end of the drive shaft is connected through a safety clutch to a high-torque hydraulic motor and the power transmission of a hydraulic loader, the forks of which can change their position in the vertical plane.

EFFECT: invention provides expansion of the technological capabilities of the device when cutting shrubs and various thickness growths.
