The novelty in the offered device is the design of the siphon actuating mechanism, which is made in the form of interconnected tube - liquid level detector, ejector and manifold with inlet and outlet branch pipes; the end of the siphon drain part through the inlet branch pipe is installed in the manifold below the level of the inlet branch pipes, the tube-liquid level detector communicated via the ejector with the siphon drain part, with the manifold above the level of the outlet branch pipes, and via the wall of the accumulating reservoir - with the siphon suction part.
